1. Site Survey & Compliance Plan

A NAPIT‑accredited electrician completes a full site survey, circuit mapping and compliance risk assessment, producing a phased works programme and method statement.

2. Phased Installation & Tenant Liaison

We execute rewires in planned phases with temporary supplies, tenant or tenant‑rep liaison and out‑of‑hours working where needed to keep disruption to a minimum.

3. Testing, Certification & Handover

Each phase is tested, labelled and issued with NAPIT certification and an as‑built schedule. Final handover includes client sign‑off and electrical compliance documentation.
